Financial Support

As a non-governmental and non-profit organization, GNS relies on donations to fund its work. The continuity of current projects and commencement of future projects are possible through the generosity of our supporters, both individuals and organizations.

Every contribution goes into improving the lives of Mongolians in need.

Mailed Supplies

In our course of work, we come into contact with many Mongolians who do not have adequate warm clothing for the long, harsh winter months. In Mongolia, temperatures are below 0 degrees Celsius for more than six months of the year, dipping to between -30℃ and 40℃ during the worst of the winter. Many of the poorer ger-dwellers who join in our projects come with inadequate clothing, incapable of keeping them warm. Both parents and children who have registered for our projects have benefitted from the donations of clothing and footwear (new and second-hand) for both winter and summer.

Through our supporters, we have also received parcels of other supplies. Such parcels have included Christmas gifts for children, vitamins, teaching materials, pens, pencils etc.

We have both individuals and groups visiting us and our projects while they are vacationing. It is always an encouraging time for us as we share with our visitors our heartfelt desire to see the lives of the needy in this country changed for the better.

More often than not, our visitors find that they are moved by what they see. They return home with a distinct memory about their time in Mongolia, and tell their friends about it.
